By booking or receiving services from Lily’s, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please

review them carefully before your appointment.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be booked online, by phone or in person. We recommend arriving 5

minutes early to check in and prepare for your service. If you are late, we may need to adjust or

reschedule your service depending on availability.

2. Cancellations

Lily’s currently does not enforce a formal cancellation policy, but we appreciate as much notice as

possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

3. Payments

We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities

are not included in listed prices but are always appreciated.

4. Refunds & Service Satisfaction

No refunds will be issued for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact the salon within

48 hours of your appointment. A redo or correction may be offered at the salon’s discretion.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must inform the technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before

services begin. Lily’s is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities unless mishandling is

proven. We follow all Indiana State Board of Cosmetology sanitation and safety regulations. The salon

reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.

6. Children & Guests

Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Only

clients receiving services are permitted in the service area unless otherwise approved.

7. Personal Belongings

Lily’s is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings. Please keep your valuables

with you during your appointment.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They expire 2 years from the date of

purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

9. Liability

By receiving services at Lily’s, you acknowledge and agree that the salon and its staff are not liable for

any allergic reactions, injuries, infections, or damages that may occur during or after services, except in

cases of proven negligence or mishandling.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected for appointments or communication will

only be used for salon purposes and will not be shared or sold to third parties, except as required by

law.

11. Changes to These Terms

Lily’s reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be

posted in the salon and/or on our website.
